不管签不签名，都无法安装。Unable to install.  Constrained by the certificate!

(更新：自个儿去官网下了英文试用版，无需签名，直接安装成功。)

右击注册机，选择“属性”，在“兼容模式”栏内选择“兼容win95运行”，最后点击“确定”。这样注册机就能运行了。
